Quick installation of AR Magic Gun.

1. Remove the battery separator, switch the key to “ON”, then the blue light will begin flashing.

2. Download the game: Scan the QR code using a browser which has QR code scanning function, enter the download page and select the game you want to download.

3.After completing the game download, open the game, connect Bluetooth by scanning the QR code or by selecting the Bluetooth list.

Note: The marker inside the package is in common, all games which needed the marker are available!

Confirm these basic steps:

1. Check that Bluetooth has been allowed on your mobile? (Select "Allow" when asking for Bluetooth access)

2. Check that the AR Magic Gun power is "ON"? If the power is "OFF", please turn it on and check that the indicator is flashing.

3. Check that the battery separator for AR Magic Gun has be taken out.

4. Check that the camera permission has been allowed for the game on your mobile? (Select "Allow" when asked for camera access)

Q: AR Magic Gun power is on but the indicator light is not flashing.

A: Possible reasons below:

1. The battery separator has not been removed. Please take the battery separator out.

2. No battery is in AR Magic Gun. Please put the battery in. (Two 1.5V'AAA ' batteries).

3. Battery power is running out, please replace the battery, and then turn on the power to check whether the indicator light is flashing

Q: Why is it not searching for AR Magic Guns?

A: Possible reasons below:

1. Check the AR Magic Gun is "ON", the Bluetooth indicator light will flash continuously in the open state.

2. Check whether your AR Magic Gun is connected to another mobile, try to restart you AR Magic Gun and re-connect.

Q: I can search the Bluetooth List but not connect.

A: Possible reasons below:

1. Check the mobile OS versions, Android4.4 / IOS8.4 at later is required; if not, please upgrade to the required version!

2. Check that the mobile's Bluetooth permission is allowed when scanning the Bluetooth.

3. Check whether the mobile's Bluetooth is open, and confirm the Bluetooth version is 4.4 or later 4. Check whether your AR Magic Gun has connected to another mobile, restart your AR Magic Gun and re-connect.

Q: Failed to scan the QR code.

A: Scanning the QR code need your mobile connect to the network, so make sure your mobile connect to the network and scan the QR code again.

Q: The mobile display black screen when align the marker.

A: Steps for setting below:

1. Exit the application first;

2. Allow the permissions of camera for the application.

3. Restart the application again.

Q:The marker cannot be recognized.

A: Possible reasons and solutions below:

1. The version for the game is not the latest version.Please uninstall it and download the latest version.

2. Distance between your AR Magic Gun and the marker is too far.Please make the distance between your AR Magic Gun and the marker shorter.

3. Light is not bright or reflective.Please hang the marker to the brighter place or avoid reflecting.

4. If the solutions above cannot solve your issues, users who using Android OS can delete the source file steps as fellows:

Q: Flashback when open the game.

A: Possible reasons and solutions below:

1. Mobile OS version is too low .Please upgrade the mobile OS for the latest version;

2: The running memory for the mobile is not enough. Please close another running procedures!

Q: Cannot download the game after scanning the QR code.

A: Open the page after scanning the QR code, click the bottom on the top right, and open it in bower.

2. The trigger may not be completely press! Please press the trigger in the end, you can hear the sound.
